CloudWhats for Bitrix24 connects an authorized WhatsApp number to Bitrix24 CRM, allowing teams to send messages from automation rules and business processes and keep supported delivery events and replies visible in the CRM timeline.
English Market documentation
This article is maintained in English as the primary documentation for the Bitrix24 Market application.
Overview
- Send WhatsApp messages from CRM automation rules and business processes
- Use approved WhatsApp templates outside the 24-hour customer service window
- Select the authorized WhatsApp number used by Bitrix24
- Synchronize supported send, delivery, and reply events with the CRM timeline
- Run connection diagnostics and a test message from CloudWhats
Requirements
- A Bitrix24 administrator account
- A CloudWhats organization with an active WhatsApp credential
- Permission to use the selected WhatsApp number and contact recipients
- A Bitrix24 plan that includes the CRM automation tools used in your workflow
WhatsApp rules still apply
Free-form messages are allowed only within the active customer service window. Outside that window, use an approved template and respect opt-in, content, quality, and messaging rules.

Start with a controlled test
Use a dedicated deal and an authorized test recipient. Confirm the phone format, message result, and CRM timeline entry before enabling the automation for an active pipeline.
Approved template syntax
Enter the automation message using this format:
template:template_name | en_US | parameter1 | parameter2template_name: the technical name approved for the connected WhatsApp accounten_US: the approved template language- additional values: body variables in their approved order
Troubleshooting
The provider is not available: open the CloudWhats connector, refresh the health check, and use the repair action if offered.
The connection code is rejected: reopen the installed app in Bitrix24 and copy the newly displayed code.
A free-form message fails: verify the 24-hour window and use an approved template when required.
The recipient is invalid: map a contact field containing a complete international phone number.
Security, privacy, and disconnecting
CloudWhats uses Bitrix24 authorization tokens and never asks users to provide their Bitrix24 password. Disconnect the connector in CloudWhats to remove the registered provider and stop new sends. Uninstall the Market application in Bitrix24 when it is no longer required.
The connection is ready when the health check is successful and the test message is delivered.
