CloudWhats for Bitrix24

Installation and account linking

Complete these steps with administrator access to Bitrix24 and an active CloudWhats account.

1. 1A Bitrix24 administrator installs CloudWhats for Bitrix24 from Bitrix24 Market.
2. 2Open the installed application in Bitrix24. It displays a secure connection code for that Bitrix24 account.
3. 3Open the CloudWhats for Bitrix24 account page, sign in, paste the connection code, and confirm the connection.
4. 4Select the authorized WhatsApp number that Bitrix24 will use by default and save the settings.
5. 5Send a test message from the CloudWhats for Bitrix24 account page.
6. 6In Bitrix24 CRM automation or a business process, select CloudWhats WhatsApp as the messaging provider and configure the recipient and message.
